Catherine Patterson is the Acting Chief Operating Officer at UsAgainstAlzheimer’s, collaborating with teams across the organization to ensure it can achieve its vision of eradicating Alzheimer’s. For over 15 years, Ms. Patterson has provided strategic guidance, policy expertise, and public health know-how in service to achieving better health for all. Prior to joining UsAgainstAlzheimer's, she served as the Co-Executive Director of CityHealth, an initiative devoted to passing evidence-based policies in the nation’s 75 largest cities. Before joining CityHealth, Ms. Patterson worked in philanthropy for over a decade, serving as the Managing Director for Urban Health and Policy at the de Beaumont Foundation. She also worked at the Pew Charitable Trusts, where she led campaigns to improve children’s dental health across the country. Ms. Patterson began her career as an early childhood educator, working directly with children and families.
